My AMD software says it does not work even though I used the compatibility tool and it said everything was fine. I cannot play fortnite or any game. I tried to reinstall amd software but it doesnt work.

First off, AMD software is NOTORIOUSLY horrible. I'm sorry you are having trouble. I have had so many issues switching to team red.

1. Have you tried to update your graphics driver using the website direct download? 

2. Can you post your hardware specs and OS version? Type "System" into your start menu search. Be sure to remove any sensitive info like your product ID and device ID.

3. Make sure your GPU is set to the right processor, I just had to enable my RX 7900XT in device manager because windows decided to disable it randomly. 

Those are my immediate thoughts, hopefully someone more knowledgeable can step in.

EDIT: I searched the error link and it's saying you need to download the compatibility tool:

Generally that warning is because Windows update has replaced the graphics driver with its version which is not compatible with the software direct from amd.

There are guides on the web to block driver updates from Windows update.

Post your full system specs if you have any further queries.
