Amd Powerplay Balance Problem

This is the reason why I want to make the "Powerplay" option balanced. Previously, the screen was frozen while playing games on the laptop. Then they changed the chipset of the laptop. but when I select the maximum performance from the "Powerplay" option, the game suddenly crashes while playing the game. Maybe if I bring this option to an average balance, both performance will please me and the game will not crash.
I'm using a laptop. My graphics card model is amd r9 m265x
In the maximum performance option, the gpu clock speed is up to 625 and the memory clock speed is 2000.
In the max battery life option, the gpu clock speed is up to 400 and the memory clock speed is 600.

I tried "msi afterburner and asus tweak". but it didn't. Maybe with "regedit". But I don't know how to do it. What are your views on this?

Assuming you are using Windows 10, the choice of which graphics card to use (Internal or discrete) is now handled by Microsoft.

First of all, thank you for my answer. but.
I am using windows 10. I have two video cards. R9m265x and "Intel". I think I couldn't explain what I wanted to say. There are two options on the screen. due to changing chipset. in high performance option in games. the game crashes. I also want to manually degrade the performance of the video card. In this way, the clock speed and memory speed will be balanced and I guess it will not crash in games. Is something like this possible? As far as I understand, even if you select the external video card and mark high performance in the settings you show, the "Microsoft" control panel gives priority to the settings in my screenshot selected from the advanced power options.

What I want to do is: I will choose the high performance option from the settings in the control panel and the settings in the screenshot you showed. then I will manually balance the clock speed and memory speed so the game doesn't crash. Because I don't want to pay the new chipset fee. In our country, the Turkish lira is 9.3 times lower against the dollar.
