When installing AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition, error 1603 constantly comes out. I tried everything that does not help how to solve it?

Error 1603 can be caused by one or a combination of the following:  

• Graphics driver and software conflicts.
• False positives reported and blocked by antivirus software.
• Missing critical and/or important Windows updates.
• Corrupted Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable files.
• Corrupted registry keys and/or system files.
