Video recorded using the 'Record' feature in AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition can be trimmed if the start time is set to 00:00:01.016 more than when editing.
If the start time is set to 00:00:01.015 less than, the beginning will not be trimmed.

Record a video using the 'Record' feature in AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition.
Click 'Record & Stream', click 'Media', click Recorded Video.
Click 'Edit' in the top right, set 'Start Time' to 00:00:01.015, click 'Save Media'.
When you check the saved media, it starts from 00:00:00.000 of the original video, not from 00:00:01.015.
And video added with 'Add Media' can be trimmed if the start time is set to 00:00:03.379 more than when editing.
If the start time is set to 00:00:03.378 less than, the beginning will not be trimmed.

Click on the added video, click 'Edit' in the top right, set 'Start Time' to 00:00:03.378, click 'Save Media'.
