Hi as suggested by CS2 this driver update helps. Downloaded it and Adrenaline instantly closed and won't open just like 23.9.3 come on.

You'll have to either revert back to 23.9.1 or keep using 23.20.11.7 without Adrenalin and wait until a fixed driver is available.
There is already a tech preview driver which has the fix but no the CS2 stuttering and crashes fix.
