AMD software 17.50 won't update

I have 17.50 installed but I keep installing 18.10 but it never really updates. I restart and re-run the setup and I'm still on 17.50?2018-06-10_10-01-16.png

Can someone explain this UI? I read it as I'm on 17.5 and there is an 18.10 update. I go through the express update and it never updates...

Do you think this will work with the chipset driver? I don’t have an AMD gfx card.
