Hi everyone

After new update (18.12.2) i can`t open a AMD settings on previous update everything was OK. My specs is Windows 10 Pro 1803. Intel i5 8600k and Vega 56 from Saphire model Pulse.

do you know how to fix it. !

The 18.12.2 must be clean installed (use the custom clean install option in radeon installer or DDU).

There is a new hotfix driver 18.12.3, try that (clean install).

I unistalled it a few times also with DDU, and i always use clean install.

Did you run DDU from safe mode and did you use the latest version from a few days ago?

Did your  restart with the INTERNET DISCONNECTED?

Then install the driver you already have downloaded?

These are all key to it working.

I done it but it still doesn`t work propertly

All I can really suggest at this point is to open a support ticket with AMD:

Same , Version 18.12.2 and 18.12.3 don't let me open AMD radeon settings . Now I only can update display driver and audio driver and keep using AMD settings from version 18.12.1.1
