Short Story:
I have recently Changed HDD, Motherboard and CPU.
Physically moved my old Steam Folder from OLD HDD to NEW HDD.
Installed fresh drivers for Radeon.
Game Explorer cannot find my games, the SCAN function doesn't work.
As an experiment, I downloaded a game I hadn't had in a long time fresh to my new HDD through steam
IT WORKED. Scan worked!
Obviously Radeon is having trouble seeing the games i moved from the old HDD
ANY HELP?
