AMD RADEON(TM) Graphics stopped working.

My computer spec:

  • OS: Windows 11
  • CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 4600H with Radeon Graphics
  • GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650

Suddenly my second monitor unable to connect with no signal error and when I'm playing video games the graphics is too laggy and I notice that my GPU is not being utilised at all.

I have checked my device manager and I notice that there is a yellow warning triangle on AMD RADEON(TM) Graphics. Device status says that: Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43). On the events tab it shows: Device PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_1636&SUBSYS_16ED1043&REV_C7\4&12c9051d&0&0041 requires further installation.

I tried to reinstall AMD device drivers found on the AMD website, but the error stays. Please advice, I want to play my video games.

I had the same problem several times. The only solution is to restore the computer to its original state. But we lose all our data. It's annoying given the price of their computer. I work to buy a computer and sell this **bleep**
