Every time I try to open it, nothing happens.

I tried searching the forums for the exception code and found one thread (https://community.amd.com/t5/drivers-software/i-need-help-troubleshooting-this-error-message-faultin...) which was closed as fixed in May 2020.
I tried reinstalling my drivers (https://www.amd.com/en/support) to the latest: 27.20.15003.5017 released on 3/26/2021. The problem still occurs.
