My recent new build (Aug 2020) has been having issues when performing actions which increase the memory usage or require use of the graphics card. For instance, I have Firefox open now and the mouse is stuttering. The mouse freezes or stutters when playing a Youtube video or displaying live charts (for stock trading).
The CPU fan speed also fluctuates and sometime goes really high.
Most recently I've been using video editing software and several times the PC has crashed and restarted.
