Recently built my PC and everything works fine. However, if I turn the PC off at the mains after shutting it down, whenever I launch a game, the screen intermittently goes black. This problem goes away after a clean driver install. I have tried the latest driver and all the way back to 19.7.5. I just don't understand the problem... 

Currently playing Cities Skylines so shouldn't be too taxing and runs perfectly smooth and highest graphic level when the screen doesn't flicker.

• AMD Ryzen 5 3600X Processor
• Crucial CT1000P1SSD8 P1 1 TB
• SAPPHIRE Nitro+ Radeon RX 5700 XT 8G GDDR6
• Corsair H115i PRO RGB water cooling
• Corsair RM650, RM Series
• G.Skill DIMM 16 GB DDR4-3600
• NZXT H510 Elite

Maybe try disabling Fast Start.....The Pros and Cons of Windows 10’s “Fast Startup” Mode

Thank you - it seems to have sorted the issue upon testing tonight. I would be curious to understand why though?

Will leave it over night and see what happens.
