you only have two HD5800 series drivers to download since those GPU Cards are legacy and not supported by AMD Driver updates anymore: https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/amd-radeon-hd/ati-radeon-hd-5000-series/ati-radeon-hd-5870

1- WHQL 2015

2-BETA 2016

Which version of Windows are do you have installed?

Where are you downloading your AMD Drivers from?

When you remove and install the new AMD driver use DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) in Safe mode (Best method)  or Windows Desktop with the INTERNET DISCONNECTED.

Delete C:\AMD installation folder from the Root Directory of Windows.

Once DDU reboots back into Windows Desktop after removing all traces of your installed AMD Driver, download the Full AMD Driver package and install it. Still with the Internet Disconnected.

Once it installs correctly, Reconnect the Internet and again delete the AMD installation folder at C:\AMD to save space on the HDD/SSD and to prevent future conflicts when updating the AMD driver again.

Ignore Radeon setting saying to update the driver. There aren't anymore to update. The driver you posted is the last latest version which is BETA 2016.
