i also have the same issue, i have tried disabling antivirus and firewall, uninstalling the anti-virus as well, Tried disconnecting phone from wifi and rebooting it, same with PC, tried manual input, Just keep getting slapped with Service unavailable every time. Its taking the piss.

Windows 10 Pro 64-Bit also.

Same issue. I get the same issue on my Threadripper/vega desktop win10 pro. Same issue on my 2500U win10 pro. It was working the first time i ised it 6 months ago, its not so impressive but a good start. Now it just doesnt work. Same  error message. have no firewalls in the middle. Windows FW is disabled. Phone and computers are on same subnet.
