I have a laptop with ryzen 7 5800H with Radeon graphics I updated the driver to 21.6.1 and it was working fine until a windows update installed some additional stuff and the Radeon software won't open saying it has incompatible driver so in uninstalled the Radeon software and driver now it won't install the software or driver and my display is connected to Microsoft basic display and I can no longer set refresh rate to 144Hz please help me

Have you tried reinstalling the software from the laptop makers site.

And find guides on how to stop windows overriding/updating drivers.
