AMD Adrenaline would not launch after opening Red Dead Redemption 2

PC Info: 
5600X
7600XT
32GB 3200MHZ RAM

Software Version: 24.10.1

When I launch Red Dead Redemption, and then quit the game, trying to launch AMD Adrenalin does not do anything. Other games do not exhibit this behavior. I am not using any Adrenalin improvements for RDR2 yet. If I open up the software, and then launch RDR2, the software gets a sort of lock, where any button does not respond and the window cannot be even closed. The only workaround is to restart the PC, or manually end task everything AMD related in the task manager, which after I can launch it normally again. How the driver runs seems to be unaffected since other games would still run fine.

I recommend looking up how to use Display Driver Uninstaller, it basically gets rid of every single trace of your GPU drivers before installing a new one. Also, when installing a new driver, there is an option to install the driver only, since Adrenalin is causing you issues.

Same problem here with 6800xt only on rdr 2 for now at least and game crashes too

Did you try installing the previous version of the drivers? 24.9.1

This might fix your problem, Adrenalin Software in 24.10.1 seems to be unstable and crash by itself.
