System Configuration:
Brand new PC. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling drivers. This seem to be happening even with AMD Adrenalin uninstalled. It is annoying. More prominent when I drag the window around or move the mouse in a circular fashion! Please help me find a solution for this. Let me know what driver version has worked for you and where do you download older version of the driver from.
