Just did an update for my radeon r9 200 series and after the install all my USB ports have been disabled. They are working in bios but disable during windows boot. any advice on how to fix this would be aprciated

You need to furnish more info https://community.amd.com/thread/196209 , but it sounds like you need to reinstall the chipset drivers.

here is some more info had to get a PS/2 keyboard to get the rest
graphicrs chipset- AMD radeon R9 200
operating system- windows 7 home premium service pack 1
CPU- AMD F(TM)-8350 eight core processor
ram- 16gb
motherboard- sabertooth 990fx
just reinstalled the chipset and that fixed the problem thanks
