When windows boots up the monitor is not recognized, unplug it from the board and plug it in and it sees it then it is fine so it has to be unplugged every time windows starts, this is a new computer from HP with the Radion 580 board
I check windows and it is not seeing the board until it is unplugged and reinstalled.
Second Monitor only recognize after reboot --> Driver Bug
Did it always do this?
Did this start after a driver or Windows update?
Did you have one monitor to begin with and now added a second monitor and it does this?
sorry... this Forum is very bad for show if your answer is for last post or main post !
I see after that you ask for the main post and not for me ...

Not always.
I'm new in AMDgpu world and I get windows Update (Insider) at every week ...
Yes. (reboot, or few times right mouse in desktop for Display settings, fix it)
It may be an incompatibility with the insider build.
AMD is very clear that they offer zero compatibility promises nor do they try to be compatible with unreleased versions of Windows. So my best advice would be see if an earlier driver works any better. It has been my experience they don't comment on or officially support insider builds. By all means report your issue to AMD: Online Service Request | AMD
pokester look the Issue posted here... the user have no insider build --> bug driver is bug driver
We are users not AMD tech support we go off the information given we have no control over fixing bug issues.
I got insider build from what was said here, windows update insider if that is not what it meant what does it mean please? If it is a bug then and nobody knows a work around you can only revert to a driver that works, report it to AMD and hope they eventually release a driver that fixes the issue.
