Device Manager with headphonesDevice Manager without headphonesHuawei D15 laptop with Ryzen 5 5500U processor. At first, after updating the drivers, there were no audio output devices. After conducting diagnostics built into Windows, there was an output device "speakers - AMD Audio Device", but there is no sound. When I insert the headphones into the AUX port, there is a microphone, there are no speakers. There is no backup copy of the system at the time before the update, when you try to update the sound driver separately, the system crashes. I tried to update the driver package again, the problem remained. When updating the drivers, the sound was turned off, I don't know if this could be the cause of the problem. I do not know where to look for licensed early versions of drivers. Scanning for viruses performed at all levels

Did you try clean driver re-install? Use DDU or AMD driver cleanup and then install the newest drivers cleanly?

Alternatively, you can try an older driver. You can find them here for the Ryzen 5 5500U (if you don't have a different GPU in your laptop):

Hey man I’m having this issue as well. It says there is no output device found. This happened right after I updated drivers using Adrenaline. How’d you fix your problem? Thank you in advance. We have the same huawei laptop btw.

After updating drivers which include sound drivers, windows enumerates all sound drivers in the system and can select a different sound driver.

Verify in sound settings that the correct output sound device is selected in windows.
