Im tired of this, the exposure is too high, my eyes are getting hurt.

My laptop is dell g5 se 5505

Ryzen 5 4600H with RX 5600M, Problem started after updating 23.7.1 amd update, I then updated display adapter driver in device manager as microsoft support said now I can change my screen brightness but can't launch amd adrenaline software anymore.Roll back brings the screen brightness problem too, What should I do?

You can uninstall the drivers and deny Windows Update to update drivers. After that install the right package for your APU.

I did that, no use,My pc is running on latest amd drivers

You could also stick with the drivers from Dell.
