Basically in the title. Games also don't run very well.
I have had some success with re-downloading the driver, and then not running the software at the end of the update. However, when I restart my computer, I still have the same issue.
there's a Radeon Settings: desktop overlay background process that keeps popping up in the task manager. Does this maybe have something to do with it? I've tried ending the process, but I just get an error.
