Adrenaline freezes after opening a game

I have a problem with Radeon Software Adrenaline. It works fine, I can browse the settings and everything, I can use the ALT + R to get to the tab and everything works until I launch a game. After I launch a game, even if Adrenaline is minimized to the system tray, my hotkeys no longer work and if I alt tab out and try to manually open the program again it just gives me a blurred box and does nothing.

I thought maybe the 20.1.4 update might fix it, but it hasn't seemed to do so.

This is what I end up with, just a dead box.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software and at this point I'm not sure what to do or try next so here I am.

Revert to some 2019 version and be happy. Adrenalin 20.1.4 was freezing here too, I solve it by over-installing it (yeh, strange behavior from that driver, since it installed over without opening the uninstall option)  But you know what? That Adrenalin Gaming Evolved UI is broken, 2019 is still the best software to use, simple, small and have everything you need.

I use the 19.12.1 drivers...everything I need and no issues RX580.
