so what is the difference between using Adjust game graphic vs using Global Graphics because I don't get it is adjusting game graphic goes by what game I'm playing if I change the settings it only to that game? and Global graphic is an overall setting to all games?

Global settings is for all games, and when you click on a profile for that game, adjust game graphics for that game only. Yes.

See example , my gpu control panel settings, global for all, and you click on a game and change to how you it what for that game.
