Accidentlly, I deleted my Radeon Vega 8 APU trough device manager, how can I get it back?

For a lot of reasons I acidently deleted Radeon Vega 8 APU trough device manager, and now I just can't get it back

• It's not ocult, I really deleted

• I've already tried to unplug-plug de CPU

• I've tried to install all the drivers, but I just get: "Error 173 – AMD Installer Cannot Continue Since AMD Graphics Hardware Was Not Found"

but the CPU is working fine

• Restored the windows

Is there anything else I can do?

Download/save the full driver package, connect your monitor to the APU port(not the nv card), install driver.
