Hello, I have a few questions about my current circumstances with my 7900xt. It has run like a dream for the last 7 months but after downloading the latest drivers my 2k monitor flickers off and on about every 5 to ten minutes so I swapped to my old 1080p  monitor to see if it was specifically my monitors issue and I played for about 6 hours with no issues until just when I was getting off I felt my computer get extremely hot and my screen began to shake. This happened about 20 minutes ago and it has not happened again yet.  Any information is appreciated Thank you.

These seem like two separate issues.

For the first, roll back to the previous driver version and see if your black screens on the 2K monitor go away. I'm still rocking 24.5.1 on my 7900 XT and working great.

To address the second, list your full system specs. Sounds like your cooling system may not be enough for a six hour gaming session.
