I am currently on 22.5.1 drivers, (Year old drivers) as they are literally the most stable ones for my XFX 6950XT. Going to any driver released in the past months, I am encountering a Resolution bug when my Valve Index is plugged into the GPU while my PC turns on. If this happens, The GPU will no longer recognize resolutions, I cannot change resolutions in my Windows 10 display settings, and games fail to launch. Its like they simply dont exist. If I leave my Index unplugged when pc starts, and then plug it in, the system acts normal. This wasn't a problem on 22.5.11 drivers, so why has it been a problem for nearly 4 months (Since last May)?

Another issue with recent drivers is whenever I perform an Alt-Tab, any window on my secondary monitor will heavily artifact/corrupt into a green pixel mess. I have seen multiple reddit threads confirming its not just me or failing hardware. (This doesnt happen on 22.5.11) It seems linked to having two different hz between the two monitors.
Wattman error gpu crashes are also common on new drivers (none on 22.5.11), and it's frankly disappointing to have these awful drivers, with no fixes for months. I know the AMD drivers are kind of meme'd for being terrible, but like...honestly.
