6750XT - Black screen / Display driver amdwddmg stopped responding

Just bought a Gigabyte 6750 XT for my new build. Everything seems to be working fine but every once in a while my screens will go black and IF it comes back, i get an entry in the event viewer that says Display driver amdwddmg stopped responding and has successfully recovered.  Sometimes it doesnt come back and i have to force a restart with the power button. Here is what ive tried.

Updating the MB bios

Going to windows 11

Going back to windows 10 and reinstalling from scratch

Removing Adrenaline and using the older Windows default AMD drivers (when i did this, the issue happened less)

Reseated all the connections, replaced the power supply cable to the card.

Turned XMP off and on for the RAM.

Turned HW acceleration off in Chrome (this fixed the issue of flickering/black screens during Facebook/Youtube watching, but not games)

Not sure what else to try. I checked to see if AMD offers a Beta driver version as the drivers seem to be a bit old and dont even list the 6750 XT as a supported card yet but didnt find anything.

I have seen in other forums the same issues but didnt see anyone else with this specific card so i wanted to start a port for it incase it gets seen by AMD.

Question, do you perhaps run a dual or multi monitor setup? Or have a high refresh rate monitor?

I have the exact same symptoms with a previous gen RX 5600XT, had them since I got the card when upgraded to a high refresh rate main monitor. Running a dual monitor setup with a 60Hz FHD as secondary monitor.

I do yes, main monitor is 144hz, second monitor is 120hz.  I actually returned the card since i had only had it a week and tried everything i could.  Got the 3070TI and have had 0 issues since... its to bad, i really liked the 6750xt, but didnt want to wait years for a fix.

I'm having the exact same issues, on a PowerColor 6750 XT Red Devil, running dual monitor (165Hz / 60Hz). I've tried just about everything i found and it happens sporadically, at least once every day.

I'm extremely close to returning the card and going back to NVIDIA, but i'd rather have my problem actually fixed.

For me it seems like the problems were caused because of a slightly difficult to access power connector on the PSU side for the GPU, after re-seating the power plug it seems to be behaving a lot better. I'm also now undervolting it slightly, just in case.
