First time I see this for 1 year of use. Now I have 22.11.2 driver to say true I did have few strange situtations with 22.11.2 and I didnt have problems with older drivers
Black dot with some shades around it did appear on my screen on google I did find that pc restart will fix it.

Is this windows problem or graphical artifact or is my gpu dying?
I did see video about 22.11.2 driver and dead gpus so I am scared after this.
