Why this card crashes everytime in default settings i must undervolt for every game. Even if i buy nbew PSU that has a enough amount of power. Im wasted so much money. Its shame.

You need to provide your System Information such as CPU/Motherboard/RAM/BIOS/GPU model/GPU Drivers version/Disk Drive/OS Version etc.
Otherwise people have nothing to go on.

I had some time working on a PowerColor RX5700XT Red Dragon.
It is a 2 slot 40mm version of the RX5700XT with a compact dual fan cooler.

I found that installing Adrenalin 2019 19.12.1 GUI/UI with Adrenalin 2020 20.5.1 drivers gave ~ stable GPU for the few games I managed to test.

Previous Drivers have the same issue. I must set my undervolted settings then i can play, i must do that every time i power on the computer.

You have a 650 W PSU.
I think that might have something to do with it.

i will test it more, has 550. Read somewhere  that 650W is enough, so i bought it

Have you installed MSI Afterburner or any other 3rd Party Overclocking tool?
If you have and they are active, that could reset your Adrenalin undervolt at boot.

I seem to remember the MSI RX5700XT GPUs also have a thermal pad problem.

Not sure if it ever got fixed.
