22.6.1 Has made Fortnite unplayable for me.

The other day I updated my AMD drivers to the latest update and now Fortnite is so laggy I literally cannot play it anymore, I tried rolling back to 2 updates ago and no difference. I thought it was a Fortnite issue and that they might have reset my graphics settings with the latest Fortnite update but no. Nothing helped. What can I do? I have a Radeon RX 570 Series and Fortnite ran perfect and smoothly before all this

I had an RX 580 and used 22.3.1, try that.. As I could play it perfectly ...

Download and use DDU before you update the driver to the one above..

I installed 22.6.1 has have had horrible framerates ever since on multiple games. It is whenever I try to do more than one thing, like play a game and watch a you-tube stream, have a small game like STFC also running, or game and Stream Raiders. I think Saturday I'm going to do a clean install of 22.5.1 or 22.5.2 and see if the issue goes away. It did work fine previously with 22.5.2.
