Seeing a lot of threads on this and tbh given the really stupid flooding restriction on this forum, 1 post every 10mins made more sense to make a thread.
I installed it and had issues right from the get go. Some examples..
- Games wouldn't load, kept crashing. eg I'd click to open overwatch via the blizz app as normal and it would say that i needed to update my driver to the latest one as there wasn't any recognized.
- Load up AC Valhala it was getting about 20 fps and shut down..
Used DDU and reinstalled 21.6.1 and everything was back to normal (well as normal as you can get with this software).
If you are having issues like that or other ones since installing.. just do that same and wait for the next recommended update rather than the optional ones.
In the radeon software, go to settings > system > preferred software version and set it to recommended only unless you are happy to test these optional ones.

Does it not make sense to highlight that they are optional to avoid confusion?
