Crash atikmpag.sys during clean driver instaliation, bluescreen.

Between clean instalations windows 10 default provided driver flickers (sometimes bluescreen) the higher refresh rate, the more gliches apear at 60hz it flickers few times, at 240hz it flickers constantly.

On some videos, decoding gpu usage is insanely high and huge video lag. It lags less when video is downscaled.

Planetside 2 (after directx11 update), Crossout radeon chill doesn't work. It constantly fluctuates 200fps 10fps when idle on both games...
Isusue was observed 1-2months ago. As far i know no updates for these games were made to fix isusues in this period.
