I have an XFX RX 580 GTS XXX and I just did a fresh install of 19.2.2 and instantly noticed my core clock in wattman is limited to only max out at 1430MHz which limits my Overclock quite a bit from what I had it set at 1450MHz with room to tweak. Now there is no room to overclock past 1430MHz on core clock. I guess I will be rolling back to the previous 19.1.1
Well I solved my own problem and decided to go at it again but firstly uninstalling the previous installed version with DDU in safe mode. Then when I restarted in windows I did an express install and everything seems to be working great now.
