19.12.3 Radeon Settings not opening anymore
After a while when trying to open Radeon Settings either via context menu on desktop or tray icon the app completely brakes.
All it does after that is loading a translucent window:
Radeon Settings will not react to any input anymore.
You have to kill the task via task manager.
When you restart Radeon Settings again, after killing it, it will bug out directly and not load you have to LOG OFF or RESTART the PC for it to work again.

You have to also kill Radeon Settings: Desktop Overlay and Radeon Settings: Host Service.

Having the same problem. It's not consistent though.
Can't remember if this happened to me on 19.2.2 but definitely on x.3

I got the exact same problem before but on an older version of AMD software, if you got an Intel HD GPU either download it's most recent update from your manufacturer's driver site or through windows device manager , after updating the Intel card the AMD software should work normally
Keep me posted

Try running DDU and uninstall your AMD , then re-download a fresh version from AMD driver's site
maybe it'll help
