This is posted in Korean.  Translation to the title:

After activating the driver, the monitor looks like this

Translation of the text:

If you use the driver, your monitor will look like this.

If you don't use it, it doesn't matter.

It is 5800H.

Anyone who knows the cause and solution, please help.

From the AMD website, it appears you should be running the latest Adrenalin driver update (24.9.1) for your internal graphics on the Ryzen 5800H CPU.  If you have it installed and you are getting those anomalies on the monitor as shown in the video, then I would try doing a clean install with DDU, in safe mode.

I can't see the video right now, but I don't know if you can see the video I uploaded.

Even though I did a clean install with ddu in safe mode and installed the latest driver,

It won't be fixed...

I think it may be a physical malfunction.

I can see the video.  If you got that after installing the 24.9.1 Adrenalin driver update, I would try going back to your previous version of this driver and see if the problem goes away.

Trying to install the old driver doesn't help.

I think this phenomenon only occurs when there is no movement on the screen. This phenomenon does not occur when moving the mouse or watching a video.

Maybe it's a monitor issue.  Can you try a different monitor?  If not, does your monitor support both HDMI and Display Port?  Try switching cables around and also try using a new HDMI cable.

My computer is a laptop, and I tried to connect it to another monitor as a multi-monitor, but that doesn't work either.

Are there any artifacts on your laptop's display?  Is it running fine with the laptop display but still giving you artifacts and corrupted video with the external monitor?  If so, go to your laptop manufacturer website and look for all driver updates (including chipset) and install those.  It could be an internal problem with your laptop for it's external display output.
