Расскажу о проблеме подробнее.

Скачал утилиту DDU, удалил драйвера AMD, перезагрузил ноут, поставил заного.

Игры летают, ноут почти не греется, и меня всё устраивает.

НО! Стоит перезагрузить ноут, то всё сразу родное. 40 фпс.
