I can't find anywhere that sells the cooler mounts for the x399 motherboards to attach to the CPU. I have an ASRock motherboard for a 1920x threadripper. I've tried buying multiple CPUs hoping the mount is included but no one is including the mount. I can't find them anywhere online. Please help it's the only thing I'm missing for my computer.

Normally, the motherboard manufacturer includes the mounting brackets in the box of the motherboard. Or you get the mounting brackets with the cooling solution you buy. 

That said, there are some manufacturers that sell mounting bracket kits for the TR4 socket. For example the Corsair Hydro Series H100i TR4 Mounting Bracket Kit.

Here is another one: STRX4/TR4 Mounting Kit by "be quiet!"

Note, instead of "mounts" I used "mounting", "bracket", and "mounting bracket" in my search.
