I am about to build a high-end gaming PC. 
I have done some R&D from my end.

I am thinking of building this - Ryzen 7 7700X & Radeon 7700XT.

Will it be great for present gaming, Video editing (Premier Pro) & Blender?

Your parts selection is more of a mid-range gaming PC.  I suggest you consider the AMD 7900X CPU and the Radeon 7900XT video card, but it's your budget that will determine where you can go.  Also, get at least 32 GB of DDR5 RAM and a good PSU - name brand with at least 750 Watts Gold or Platinum rated.  It goes without saying that you should also be using M.2 system and storage drives.

I understand. Yes, I am thinking about my budget too.

You could still go AM4 and get more bang for your buck
