Will a AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT work on my PC?

I currently have an AMD Radeon RX 580 installed on my computer but I hear the fan running a lot and I get AMD errors now and then so I figure it's dying as I have owned this computer for a couple of years.

It's a prebuilt DELL computer and the Specs that I know are listed below and the DESKTOP is old, I wasn't sure if it's worth updating it or if it's even possible or if I am better off putting out the money to buy a whole new rig? Because I know I will need to upgrade my power supply to 600W to run the new video card

Windows 10

AMD Ryzen 7 1700X Processo r 8C/16T, 20MB Cache, 3.8 GHz Precision Boost

AMD Radeon RX 580 8GB GDD R5 Graphics Memory

16GB DDR4, 2400MHz RAM

1TB 7200RPM SATA 6Gb/s

460W Liquid-Cooled Power Supply

And I think my motherboard is the Dell Max 5675 AM4 Ryzen Motherboard 0477DV 07PR60??

Because I used Spiccy to scan my computer and it shows

You can certainly upgrade the video card in your system, however the RX 580 and 5700XT have different power requirements, with the 5700XT needing a second PCIe power cable to operate. (1-8pin + 1-6pin)

Based on these Dell Specifications, your computer may have come with an optional 850W power supply. So check inside your case for the power supply rating and whether there is a second PCIe power cable or pigtail connector available.
