Wanting to clean the top of my gpu without voiding the warranty

Last year i bought a Sapphire rx 6600 nitro, and the top of the card is accumulating some dust and a very smal quantity of fluff. How can i clean the top of it (not the chassis or whatever is called that comes screwed on top) but the platelete where all the components of the card are, without voiding the warranty (I added the image as an example of what is the part i am refering to, in case my poor explanation wasn't enough)
