Graphics Cards

Hello I have a radeon rx580 black edition and im having some issues where I cant game and play a video on my second monitor.. the video on my second monitor will lag and I havent been able to find a way to fix this.. At first I thought the graphics card couldnt do both since I was playing destiny 2. But it even did it when i was playing EQ2 which isnt a very heavy graphic game.. Any 1 have any solutions?

I'm guessing you mean the RX580.. ? Also, would it happen  to be the XFX 580?

If so heaps of people have been having issues with these cards and have been somewhat forced into running manual tunes to stop the issues..
