Two graphics cards are displayed

In my device manager, two graphics cards are shown to me: AMD Radeon RX 7900 XT and AMD Radeon(TM) Graphics and in all games it is shown that I am using the second card and that is why I only have 18 fps. How can I change it or why am I always shown a second graphics card?

You probably have a 'Processor with graphics' model CPU.

At a guess, your monitor is connected to it on the motherboard port & so not using the 7900xt would be a reason for the low fps?
