Ich habe ein ROG Strix B550 F Gaming und eine AMD Ryzen 5 3400G welchen Arbeitsspeicher und oder Grafikkarte würdet ihr mir empfehlen

You should choose memory from the QVL list for the motherboard.

I would recommend at least 3200MHz speed.

For the graphics card anything works, go with the best you can afford I guess.
