After I updated the drivers to 23.2.2 I get very weird stutters in Blade & Sorcery which never happened in 22.3.1 version where the bitrate issue was not present.

Ryzen 7 5800X

RX 6800 XT

16GB 3200 Mhz

120 GB, 240 GB, 1 TB SSDs

So I reinstalled the driver and selected "Driver only" option and it fixed most of the stutter.

But now the game is crashing consistently when retrying the level and sometimes even while the game is launching.

Same problem in Blade & Sorcery and VTOL VR on 23.2.2 and 23.3.1 drivers

Did the shader cache rebuild or is this your first match/game since installing the new drivers?

deleted shader cache from steam and in amd adrenalin software (if i got you right), still have stutters, on older driver versions (22.3.1) i dont have stutters in these games

driver installed after full driver deletion with DDU

SkyrimVR,Until you fall,Kayak VR working ok, no stutters

dont know if i have same problem as topicstarter, but i have fresh windows with disabled fast startup, and dont change anything except reinstaling drivers with DDU and installing games

in UEFI/BIOS i turned on Above 4G Decoding and Re-Size BAR Support and stutters in VTOL gone, blade&sorcery same problem but only on starting location

Problem fixed, i disable MPO in windows register
