I have an hp dv7 and the same two graphics cards, running windows 10. Silhouette support told me the intel card had to be disabled not the AMD card.
That intel hd 3000 card doesn’t support windows 10, and support for the card is discontinued. Apparently windows 10 provided a generic driver for graphics.
So my AMD card was enabled and the intel card disabled. In device manager I changed the driver for the intel card to Microsoft basic display adaptor. Both graphics cards are enabled and silhouette studio is working.
I don’t play games but maybe this will work for you.
