I play games with all the graphics on low and I get low fps, I've already uninstalled the drivers and reinstalled them but nothing works, can anyone help me?

I saw videos on YouTube of people with the same card as mine running more fps than me, they on overwatch ran at 400 and I run at 100 fps with everything on low, it doesn't make sense
