Driver version: 24.1.1
I've observe that my GPU at idle state has a very high usage, I mean the GPU Clock randomly changing the values and power consumption sometime drastically increase up to ~100W+.
Also I've read the release notes about fixing the problem but unfortunately problem still exists. I've saw many threads about that problem could we get at least some sensible answer what is going on? When will be fixed? Reason?

I've found solution. AMD in driver version 23.12.1 add support for "Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduling" (it's windows option) for radeon 7000 series. To fix idle high consumption just disable in windows "Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduling", results below:
