System Specs:
GPU: RX 6950 XT stock settings, have tried uv and oc but no result
CPU: i5-13600k
RAM: Vengeance 5200 MHZ 40CL
PSU: RM850x
MOBO: Asus Prime z790-p wifi
So I've been having stuttering issues for some time now. I hoped it would go away but it didn't. I've tried disabling ULPS, I have new drivers, I've tried older drivers. have tried clean install of drivers.
Basically what I can see happens every time I stutter is gpu usage randomly goes to 0%, then like e.g 20% and then back to e.g 10%. I have no idea why it happens. It also happens in non requiring titles where I only use like 50w.
