hi, I have a Sapphire RX 6800 XT Nitro+

I get a green screen when I use Windows, play games, and watch videos!

I used the 23.7.1 driver and now install 23.8.1 but the problem still exists

My PC spec:

Sapphire RX 6800 XT Nitro+

Intel Core i5 13400

Ram Corsair 16GB 3200 DDR4

Power 1000W Gold

Motherboard Asus Prime B760M-K D4

Have you tried DDU and reinstall drivers? Can you test the GPU on a different PC?

yes. I test several drivers but nothing does work

Is it a flicker of green, or just a flat green screen?

It starts with several flickers then goes to a green screen crash and I must restart the PC

Really looks like a GPU Issue, try using OCCT to do a stress test , also what are the hotspot temperatures you are getting?

Replace your gpu cables from the jumper style, to each single 8pin.
